I recently attended the Stevens Point, WI Annual Arctic Run train show the first weekend of this month. I found a old HobbyTown RS??????
I have no idea which RS it is. The gearbox is in the frontend on this one and there is a weight cast, let me repeat, weight cast into the center of the engine. It is not: the 1600, 220K, or the 300K. All 3 of these have the drive gear in the rear hood casting. Nothing on this one on HoSeeker either.
She runs great, but has had a different motor installed. Hope somebody can give me some info.
Oh, I picked up the front end of a Bowser Pacific Vanderbilt Tender from a junk box while I was there. Heck of good day and the GrandKids both loved it!!
