all right diffrent vewes on this can be exspressed if a passing siding is taken and has two bumpers put on it but the rails are still conected is it still a passing siding? consiter and post.

Its a passing spur. As long as you can get your train in a spur or siding and you can get passed by another train is all that matters to the DS.
So can you get that 18,000 ton coal trian onto that industry spur thats 3 miles long laid with rail that was rolled when lincoln was in law school?
