a track laying riddle

  • all right diffrent vewes on this can be exspressed if a passing siding is taken and has two bumpers put on it but the rails are still conected is it still a passing siding? consiter and post.

  • wow i dident know anyone on here knew about port huron anyways man we havent had ferrys here in15 or so years or at least thats what my dad tells me any ways so

  • could be 2 tracks going onto a ferry and connected on the ferry back to one track. And the bumpers are put on the end so the cars dont roll off. Just a stupid guess since I see you are at port huron?[:D]

  • Its a passing spur. As long as you can get your train in a spur or siding and you can get passed by another train is all that matters to the DS.
    So can you get that 18,000 ton coal trian onto that industry spur thats 3 miles long laid with rail that was rolled when lincoln was in law school?
