Several myself. I am relocating a work table for model work to a spare room. Once there catch up and finish my projects. Then build a shelves for the industrial buildings. And lastly begin construction on a small 6 by 6 foot pike until the future addition is complete. The pike will be a simple loop around past the corner to another loop. Perhaps a passing siding and a small town as a practice learning.

I am also in middle of retrofitting wheels and couplers and bringing all up to standard. Maybe in 2004 Ill work on the desiel roster since I finished my steam roster this year.

Working on a pond created with a timber-crib dam. Down stream will be crossed by a king-post wooden bridge and two flush deck timber trestles, the latter two crossing a tidal estuary. One a 4 pile class 25 and one a 5 pile ballasted deck class 35 to Harriman standard. All are scratchbuilt using wood and handlaid rail of code 55 and code 70. The purpose of the pond is to provide irrigation to orange and avocado groves and secondarily provide water via a windmill powered pumping system for my steam roster.

Its my first attempt at any sort of running water. So i'll likely be seeking lots of technical and stylistic advice in the forums.

I'm just starting construction on my 46' x 34' , three level, 3 rail O guage layout. I've nearly completed the lowest level, a 5 track double ended staging / storage yard, with each track close to 120'. I figure it will keep me busy for a few years.

Current project is a small (5 track ) staging yard outside the railroad room, which will represent the lines to the west of the modeled area. I'd like to have more staging in that direction, but it's a shared area and 5 tracks is 5 better than none.
I've also got 2 Southern Railway bay window cabs under construction. They're Wright Trak Models resin kits and are a lot of fun. Next model project will be a pair of Southern MS-4 Heavy Mikes as soon as the BLI 2-8-2's get here and the cabs are finished.

I tend to multi-project. Currently I'm building a fruit-packing warehouse (a near-flat--it's about 1/2" thick and will be set against the backdrop, disguised by some trees and packing boxes) out of DPM modules and wood. I'm also converting a Bachmann 70-tonner from the second version (with dual headlamps and front vents) to the first version (with single headlamp and no front vents.) I also cannibalized one of my GE 44-tonners to make use of its power trucks in other models--they're pretty nice but one of them has issues. I'm putting off covering my in-street trackage with styrene by working on rolling stock and structures.

build an HO scale 1941 hobby shop, with a full interior including a display Lionel layout in the window (interesting little piece), ads for makers nobody remembers, a shelf with (roughly) standard gauge trains, boxes everywhere, and a large club layout in the second story, which is actually a miniature version of the layout I intend to build in a few years. I'm also presonalizing a Merchant's Row I kit. I want to add a bar on the back wall, a third story to one of the buildings (hopefully) and a full interior to the whole block.

On my N scale layout I'm soldering feeder wires.

On my HO scale layout I'm working on scenery a little. Mainly, I'm just running my newly painted engines around and admiring their paint job. It's the best painting I've ever done!

Now that I have successfully fitted a powered bogey into the base of one of my Daleks I can attest to the validity of Dragenrider's signature.

Little bit of everything, but mainly working on my coal mine. I am scratch building/kit bashing a slope mine. The slope hoist house and conveyors add a nice touch. I use a New River Mine as the coal prep plant.

Great !!!
Sounds like we have our hands full so far. Hey, keeps ME out of trouble.
That bridge I am doing really will help me to not hit my head, I AM 6' 4" !!
I have a really horrible door area , in a corner with a cove, and it requires
me to have curved bridges that either have to lift out or swing wide, believe
me, I HATE THAT. But, this hobby is FUN and I want to have the trains run
better and save my money for something more than bandages for my head.
I think this bridge will use deck girder, something simple I don't have to fuss
with in case it breaks. It's cold in there today, so I just took a break to warm
up.
Hey, keep on training, hear from y'all soon.

I am currently working on obtaining blueprints or plans for scratch building a L&N Train Depot that is in Bowling Green KY. This Depot set abandoned for several year and the city has done a complete restore on it. Going to be quite a project to build. I have been trying to track down blueprints. With very little luck. So I am planning on the good old method of going out with paper, pencil and tape measure and get all the measurement I might need. So with no plans to work with. It will be a total scratch building project. I will add pictures as I make progress.

PS If by chance anyone reading this post has plans. Would love to have them.

Let's see....

Painting a bathroom and replacing all the fixtures and figuring out the mysterious water source in the garage.........and then.........

Finishing a remotor / DCC installation on a couple of my old Athearn warhorses so I can use them at the club. Then I'm going to get back to work on a SDP40F/SDF40-2 project I'd like to complete mixed in with a batch of rolling stock weathering.

I always have a few small projects going on a "catch as catch can" basis, but currently I am working on kitbashing a large-scale tender for my Bachmann sidetank Porter which is getting kitbashed into a conventional 0-4-0 tender steamer.

   Have fun with your trains

For me, putting up a couple of buildings and scenery to finish an exhibition N-trak module. Also, high-nosing, detailing and then spraying an HO P2K GP-30 to make it into an N&W engine.
