$25,000 ?!?!?! For that ?!?!?! I'd expect it to be fully scenicked at least; not just a piece of bare plywood. Its not even DCC !

Looks like he went crazy with the zeros......

The value of most layouts in the secondhand maket is generally similar to the value of the track on it. Maybe $250 is closer to the mark.
