I'm hoping to get DCC in 5 years but i could get it as soon as next year. I like MRC's prodigy express DCC system. Thanks, i might just have to use one of your pics- if you want you can use my sig pic for your site- i'lll post a direct link http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/4589/ewriforeignillinoiscentral1037.jpg -My DTO order shoud have shipped by now- i hope it's here in a week.-- i have a question about the BNSF pics on your site- because there's a stUPid engine behind it is it a BNSF train or a stUPid train? It looks like the stUPid engine is an SD75M and the BNSF has to be an ES44DC or ES44AC.

Thx dingoix. The stUPid engine is a SD70M and it is a NS train. Yes the BNSF unit is a GEVO unit. The benchwork is sturdy. aclguy2000 I didnt get your email. Can you send another one?

I decided that when I get the space to expand I will have Amtrak die. Instead of the present consideration of giving the passenger service to the states I will make it where Amtrak gave all Passenger service to the original Railroads. Meaning IC will get the "City of New Orleans" back. It will be pulled by the E8 units. There will be two sets of cars and engines. One in the orange and brown paint scheme and one in the silver and black scheme of the present day E8 units.

I really like the idea about bringing the passsenger trains back- I myself am considering doing the same thing. What brand of E8 will you get? I think P2K has a chocolate/orange IC E8.-- until i get MSN messenger you can e-mail me if you need to.- Maybe i should run an ALCO PA for pass. trains-it's a thought- it's only $29.99 at trainworld.(for a p2k)

I'm starting to delelop an "operating session" as far as what trains will run, how long they run around the layout ect. I won't have much of a session until i expand my freight car fleet. Tomorrow i might move my power pack and turnouts controls off the top of the layout so eventually i can double track the mainline.
