That is a very interesting, well made layout. I like it a lot..he/she has accomplished a great deal in that small space. I would pay between $3-4K for that, but no more...assuming I had the dough.

aww come on , 18k isn't a bad price , it includes delivery which is going to be huge because the layout is in hawaii , and the builder comes along to show you how to run it

This guy must be quite the woodworker. The table itself looks to be a fantastic job. I don't think he'll find a seller, however.

I was surfing through eBay looking for train stuff, when I stumbled upon this:
