Aggro, I could swear that we had a conversation about grafitti and you said you used decals.

Did you use the once?

Eddie Landreth, awesome lighting.

Scott, if we are doing locomotive releases, here is Yoshifriend Corps newest release, the SN-2500-E

Awesome new car Scott!

Here is a video I took near the local MBTA station. (for those of you who remeber my plan, it is the area facing Erickson grains from the other side of the tracks.)

Nice photos folks.
I would love to have that Walthers factory on 1:29th scale.
Aggro Jones, You need to do some cars in Largescale, I am always impressed.
I'd like to sit through a clinic with you.[:p]

I don't have any "fresh" photo because I have been working so many hours plus doing changes on the RR before winter.

Is it REAL? or Just 1:29 scale?

Pixel by pixel.[:p] It only takes me a few hours to do the blank and demo. I don't think it even took two and a half for these two.[^]

Okay, went to the Roseville model railroad show today. Looking for some HO mining cars--yah, sure!! Couldn't even find any N-scale European 4-wheel gondolas I might adapt.
BUT---walked past this table. Staring me in the face is this incredible, gorgeous, brass Southern Pacific MT-3 4-8-2. Took a close look at it. Took a CLOSER look at the price. It's an old KTM imported by Max Gray, probably in the late '50's or early '60's. Nice detail. Hefty. Really sweet. Took another gander at the price. Was the guy SURE he wanted to let it go for that amount? I mean, I've spent less for pizzas for a family reunion, for Criminy sakes--!
It's mine, mine, MINE! The loco weighs FIVE POUNDS!! And it's HO!! And it runs really SMOOTH!! And I know I don't have enough PFE reefers in my collection for it to pull--
it's so SWEET!!
Here she is.

Painting to come later, after i've finished drooling.

Picked up this photo of a rock/gravel train in the Round Rock, TX area on Saturday.

Also, attended the demise of a LHS, however, was able to grab 38 pieces of Atlas flex @ $1.84 ea. And snatched up 6 Model Power structures for 50% off plus a load of styrene.

Nice engine twhite. The new Climax finaly arrived at the logging site. I took it to my club's loco contest and won best of show. Small contest but my first ever blue ribbon. The loggers like it also.

Also got the truss bridge installed. Now I need to decide what it is crossing. However the Sierra like crossing the bridge.

I also started on Sublime Mountain. So far its just some blue foam. Maybe next week or next year.

I also have a new addition to the family-Another cat. We were at chruch, and there was this stray trying to get in.(Actually did get in once)We decided to bring it home. It looks to have tabby in it. It's only a kitten, and appears to be a male.

Boy, this site is slow!
Just a note to Eddie Landreth: great looking buildings, your rework of the packing plant is especially nice. The blast furnace is good too, but you need way more lights. These things run 24 hours a day and are lit up like a Christmas tree, mostly for reasons of safety.

As usual, top-notch work by the usual "suspects"![:D]

I have nothing to contribute in 1:87 this week, but I did snag a little 1:1 action at my friendly neighborhood grade crossing. Many of you probably already saw these GE War bonnet pictures I posted. Well, here are pics of some of the trailing units in that consist: (1) a road slug (ex-GP35) mated to (2) a very worn-out-looking GP40-2. uspscsx, since you've already mastered frieght car weathering, wanna make #6448 your next project?[;)]

The lighting here was horrible (nothing I ccould do about it though), so my flash went of and caused the reflector tape to glow way too bright...

Actually Patrick, there's also RexHeacoch of northern Alabama - he's an avid steel modeler too. Used to post here a lot, but ever since the lockdown last October, he spends most of his time over on the Dark Side.

BWA-HAAH! Steve, I've got an old Roundhouse 0-6-0 that will out-pull the P2K I've got!!
Actually, I think I might look up a custom painter for the MT-3 after I get the mechanism tuned up a little. The open frame motor in this baby is a MONSTER!
