I love it when the weekend starts on Friday. Now I know what ditch lights are. I have a FM with two tiny (it's N scale) on the top corners. Do those have a name - running lights ? or what.

Aggro ... I had to look twice. The grafitti makes this look so o o o o realistic.

Good start to the weekend. Now, I'm off to work [banghead]

Here's a building flat I finished up yesterday that I made by using Walthers Champion Packing Co. kit. Here's a pic of what the Walthers kit looks like when built according to their instructions:

I wanted another building flat for my ALCOA industrial area, so wanted to make it look a little more industrial. So that meant making it bigger, so I used the walls to double the size of the kit by leaving the back open. Also, I didn't like the red brick look for a heavy industry look, so painted them almond color. I added several extra details, including illumination, since I like taking night shots. I also used some of the Rusty Stumps corrugated tin for the overhang. Here's the pics:

Wow Carl, your IC looks real cool. I'm hoping to get a loco similar to that in the YN3 (CSX Dark Future) paint.

Thanks, guys. This is the last major structure that I needed to build for my ALCOA industrial section of the layout, so I'm now moving on to working out the final arrangement of the structures in the area and will then start laying the track. Will post some progress pics when I get them all situated.

Also, Aggro - those UP and Railbox cars are beautiful. Great job!

Here is a shot I got last week by pure dumb luck.

I just wanted a shot of the flat car (I tried to weather it) but ended up with a decent night shot. The light in the window is just a reflection of the flash. The building is not wired.

Carl, do tell me you plan on swapping those handrails out! Other than that, it looks like a good model. Reminds me of the old CSX Pumpkins.

Great work and photos as always! I haven't done a whole lot this week that is photogenic, but here are some of new items for the layout.

Girder Bridge that will be part of river crossing and road crossing on a new area of the layout. Campbell Scale Model Kit. Worked on it off and on for two weeks. It is almost finished, just need to add the guard rails. A lot of cutting and fitting, but mostly waiting for the glue to dry so you can get on to the next part...

Some of the interior detail that I am starting for the inside of the Roundhouse. The wooden workbench is scratch built with some tools for detail added. The Orange bench is a (commercial) resin casting.

Ray Seneca Lake, Ontario, and Western R.R. (S.L.O.&W.) in HO

We'll get there sooner or later!

I've been on Paint again, creating another picture or two.

BMTRAINS, you should recognize this locomotive...After all, it's based off your design.[;)]

MS Paint just gets easier and easier.[8D]

I spent this evening adding illumination to my blast furnace. Looks really cool when the lights are out.

Here's a daytime pic of it:

And here's the night time shots:

No decals. Just magic.

Graffiti decals alway tend to look like decals. And they have trouble maintaining their apperance when you wrap them around cars with ribs.
