I've had good luck with
rrtains.com
recently. They have extremely good prices if you become a member. They have been very responsive to emails. One of my packages was really banged up when I received it, but I'm not sure who to blame for that. Everything on the inside looked OK though. Fortunately, it wasn't anything fragile.
