Well, it looks as if I'm the one to get us out of this dead-end, so I'll add this unusual view of an unfinished part of my layout....

To take the picture, I crawled over the shelf under the layout, then very carefully stood up on the shelf and squeezed between the coved corner of the room and the back side of the plaster-on-screen landform shown below...

The space between the cove and the scenery is about 15" wide, so plenty of room, even though it doesn't look like it in the second photo.

Wayne

Both photos fulfil my request for a multiple span bridge, so let's move on.

Please show me a loaded freight car.

...I reckon more trestles would be in order.

Not much wood in this one, but lots of woods around it...

Wayne

Show me a multi-span bridge of any type, please.

G Paine
show me something from the C&O

Here's one...

...which was too modern when I backdated my layout to the late '30s era, so I re-painted and re-lettered it to fit in better...

...and I'll even toss in another C&O car, this re-built hopper...

Wayne

Please show me another hopper car.

Here is my contribution, a GN E7 on the Mt Hood RR.  Unfortunately, the camera I used at the time created a pretty interesting color shift, but it is still "God's RR".Bow

Posted by BRVRR on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 11:06 AM

Welcome to the July, 2020

"Show Me Something"

Dedicated to the originator, Jarrell

This is a place where forum members can post their photographs featuring a view of a "requested" scene or object.

The last request in June was from Ed who asked for "Another EMD E-unit of any type, please."

New York Central E7 #4034 on its test run.

More EMD "E" units, please.
