Another of the STRATTON AND GILLETTE oddballs. This one is a brass model of a PENNSYLVANIA N6-B cabin car. It was imported by Trains Inc.

gmpullmanAnother caboose would be nice...
Along with the ten GM&O cabooses that are the "standard caboose" for the SGRR, there are ten other individual models that are just one-off caboose models that I like.
I have them because sometimse I just cannot control myself when I see something nifty and shiny. I promised my wife I would just buy the ten GM&O cabooses, but she also picked out some of the oddballs!
This is one my wife picked out. It is a Lambert brass import of a KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN transfer caboose.

This is my favorite caboose model. It is a brass model of a GULF MOBILE AND OHIO prototype that was imported by both Hallmark and Sunset. I have ten of these for service as the "standard caboose" on the STRATTON AND GILLETTE layout.
Favorite structure? Ah, yes. You can only see this from the back side, but I built this modeled after a structure that disappeared shortly after I copied it. It was between the PRR station and the Catholic Church.
Another favorite if you please.
