Show me another former family member that is now missing from the roster.
doctorwaynePlease show me a locomotive that you had, but no longer own.
Back around 2000 I had this LMB Models NYC streamlined Hudson. When Broadway Limited announced their painted, sound equipped model I placed this one "on the block"

I didn't relish the prospect of disassembling it for a decoder install and paint job. As far as I can tell there are no decals available for it, either.
Please show another "former" roster member.
Here's an improbable combination....
I think that diesel will be going to the next train show, and, hopefully, won't be coming home.
Please show me a locomotive that you had, but no longer own.

More steam/diesel photos, please.
Here is a scene of my loco terminal - shared by ATSF steam and early diesels.
Looks like the crews have been sloppy with the sand hoses, and they need to clean that up some day........
OK, how about some more steam/diesel pics!

Moving right along —
doctorwayneIt can't take all that long to upload one photo, can it?
The photo is on the hard drive of my home computer.
I am travelling for work, and all I have is my company laptop.
So... It falls onto someone else to show us that Z!
SeeYou190...I forgot to upload the picture to IMGUR!
It can't take all that long to upload one photo, can it? Photobucket has been especially slow these last few days, but even so, a couple of minutes tops will get it done for me.
doctorwayneAnd that brings us to "Z"....that's "zed", folks, unless... you know...you consider it to be a "zee". I'll overlook that faux pas, though, since I have a lot of American friends.
I am so mad at myself. Before I left this week I took a good picture of my ZEBULON OMEGA AND TALLAHASSEE boxcar just so I could post it on the "Z" request.
Then, I forgot to upload the picture to IMGUR!
Oh well.... next time...
Someone else will need to show us that Z.
dti406...Moving on to "Y"
"Y" is for Yellowstone, or, in this case, the running gear of one...
The frame was broken, and a friend sent it to me for repairs. While the repair was rather easy, the transaction took a bit of a bad turn when Canada Customs charged me a ridiculous fee for duties owed, as the owner had valued it as a complete locomotive and tender, even though he had, as I originally suggested, sent only the running gear.
The debacle was eventually cleared-up, and the charge dismissed.
And that brings us to "Z"....that's "zed", folks, unless... you know...you consider it to be a "zee". I'll overlook that faux pas, though, since I have a lot of American friends.
Thanks Ed. I Googled Riss Trucking and got nothing. You learn something every day.
Thanks again.

I Think XTRA marks the spot.

doctorwayneNow hows-about a Wubble-yu...lots from which to choose, I think.
Yes Sir, Plenty to choose from. All the WESTERN roads have a W, like the FRONT RANGE AND WESTERN does.
gmpullmanSomeone show me something with V?
A Central Vermont single sheathed boxcar oughta do the trick...
