A good friend, formerly the General Manager of this real railroad, sent me some custom-made decals for a 50' KJRR outside-post boxcar.  While he knew that I'm modelling a time well-before those cars were around, he also knew that I'd come up with something suitable.
While I used-up almost two sets of the lettering on each of two cars (all of the dimensional data needed to be changed to suit the smaller Tichy UP/SP-style refrigerator cars), I think they turned out fairly well...

The real Kiski, however, didn't own any revenue freight cars.

Wayne

Show me something else in red, please.

Does this signal count?

More of what Ed asked for, I don't have any large signal structures.

Posters for The Cramps always count! One of my favorite bands of all time. Now I am going to have Goo Goo Muck stuck in my head all day long. I saw them live in a Louisiana bar in 1982 when I was 14 years old.

Thanks Peter.

Actually countsrr, it's an SW1500, but it's close enough for me!  I like it.  I see the WC mark on it, under the road number, my favorite road.

Here's the prototype, before the CN took over the WC.  It's the one on the right.

Continue on with switching and switchers, and Alcos!

"More Alcos or switching?" No switching, but certainly ALCOs.

New York Central PAs lead a short passenger consist west bound past the Farmers Union elevator on the BRVRR layout. I love the sound of an ALCO engine. One of the ships I was stationed on was powered with ALCO engines. No other diesel engine sounds like them.

Lets continue with the ALCO theme.
