Setting up for a picnic in the Black River Village park.

The snow has drifted to 2-1/2 feet here. Another summer scene, please.

Four of the stations on my layout are from Atlas (with varying platform set-ups), while one is a modified Rico station from AHM/IHC, one a Walthers "City Station", and a large one, more-or-less scratchbuilt.
Here's a view of the Atlas station at Elfrida...

...taken with the camera on the layout, facing the aisle.  It was just happenstance that the layout on the other side of the aisle filled in as a fairly decent background.

(The camera does remind me, though, that the roof extension over the extended platform needs to be elevated a bit more so that it lines-up with the station's roof, and also cemented in place with the joint disguised.  With the increased passenger traffic here, there'll likely be a similar extension added to the other side of the station, too.  I'll do it properly, and fix this one, too.)

This is the oldest boxcar on the Boothbay Railway Village layout, probably Varney. It has a cast metal body and a wood floor. The original metal trucks were so worn, the wheels were falling out, so I replaced them with new ones; also Kadee couplers

Show me somethnig else old

This TYCO loco was purchased as a part of an HO train-set for my son in the early 1970s. It usually gets it annual run on July 4th.

Your scenes always look so realistic and amazing that it's beyond me.....I think you should pick up the garbage by that guardrailLaugh..... Nice

I was checking out the potholes with the dead weeds in the parking lot that you last posted.  You know the Wally wagon next to the Camaro I think. ....... You're the man!

Thanks Peter.      TF

I don't have many scenes of lush green fields, but there are some here in the backround:

How about some water scenes. Falls, rivers, lakes, ponds, whatever water features you have to offer.
