I'm beginning to realize that Windows 10 and sound decoders have a lot in common. There are so many things you have to change in order to get them to work the way you want.

A GP38-2 and two PA-4s? Nowere else but the D&H. I would be less suprised to see a GEVO and a 4-6-6-4.

One of a number of special service 30' well cars built in B&M shops to ship crated reduction gears from the GE turbine factory in Lynn, MA to shipyards around the East coast.
