The beaver!
Now if the Grinch came along and took one thing off your layout that rolls on rails, what would you want him to take. Show me your least favourite thing on your rails.

"All of the world's problems are the result of the difference between how we think and how the world works."
It would have to be this useless Baldwin shark.

Somebody mention a deer? How about a few of them...

No Predator? I was thinking of one of the cats on the layout, but they thought I was nuts. Off course they think this a lot about me.
Oh well, how about a box car in the process of being loaded.

The above is my opinion, from an active and experienced Model Railroader in N scale and HO since 1961.
(Modeling Freelance, Eastern US, HO scale, in 1962, with NCE DCC for locomotive control and a stand alone LocoNet for block detection and signals.) http://waynes-trains.com/ at home, and N scale at the Club.
Grampy - I know I have made comments on your layout before. It is of the style and make that I myself prefer. I also must comment on your lighting aswell. Is this your actual lighting, or are you that good of a photographer?
Several of your pics have made me sit and think, dang, i hope i can do that! I am in the final planning stages of a somewhat temporary shelf layout and would love to utilize some of your effects.
There are many others that post some truely good stuff (as the pics above show), but yours seem to draw me the most. I am wondering how much of it is your layout, and/or the photography. Or both?
Vic Roseman (usually see his photos in Walthers catalogs) really had a photog style i would love to emulate. Alas, i am about as good a photographer as Bozo the clown was a pole vaulter. Just cant figure it out.
Douglas
PS: G Paine and Ed's stuff run a close 2nd. Man yall do great work!
OK! An other almost newly completed scene. Needs the hoses and some other stuff.

Lake, what is your Showme request???
6 Hours and no request from Lake, so here is a yellow Studebaker
Show me another colorful vehicle
I don't want to be a thread-hog here but I like to see the activity! Keep up the nice work, and Thanks Douglas...
Here's a couple of '53 Ford Couriers and a spiffy '55 Ford Customline. The colorful vehicles were sure more fun then. The boring colors (or lack thereof) today are tiresome.
Show me a railroad-owned vehicle... please
Hate to be a thread hog as well, but we have to keep things moving.
Here's a PRR-owned vehicle at Kittanning Point:
Show me a sports car.
How about two sports cars. Here's a red convertable mustang, and the black Audi.
