Athearn MP15/Tsunami is noted for not very good sound. Reason being no venting in hood, back of speaker enclosure has two truck wires running through it letting front and back pressure sound wave to mix. Removed truck wires and routed under the decoder, sealed the end and back holes in speaker box, cut holes in hood, attached orig radiator screen over the hole, sound is over twice as loud and clear of distortion, and is not garbled as before.
