Thank you all for participating in the October 2014 edition of Show Me Something. The photos are excellent as always.

Something scary? Old uncle Albert has just headed up the trail to the farm house. Something in the woods by the still has terrified him!!!
Of course it may have something to do with Albert sampling the main ingredient of the "Remedy" that his two old maid sisters bottle up to sell to the nieghbors as a "tonic"....
The large pink elephant was originally supposed to be 6' white rabbit named Harvey, but I couldn't lovate anything to use for the scene, so it became a pink elephant instead.
More scary scenes, please.
Ray Seneca Lake, Ontario, and Western R.R. (S.L.O.&W.) in HO
We'll get there sooner or later!
Here's my favorite Model Railroad thing:

My "favorite" HO gauge engine at the moment. I picked it up on eBay about two weeks ago. Let us continue with the "show us your favorite" theme.
Here is my current favorite, my BLI, NYC Niagara #6008. Its the favorite because it is on the layout right now at the head of a 18-car freight train.
Show us another favorite model railroad thing.
Remember its your railroad

Here's a photo that I used Photoshop to turn Balck and White and then added, dust, noise and other enhancments to make it look old.
Let's keep the enhancment theme going.
All too subtite, Ray. I use the clone tool a lot. Finally saw the edge of the layout on the right side that you 'cloned' out. It took opening both pictures in 2 windows and clicking back and forth between them to see the difference.

Heh, heh, heh.... OK! Here is the original photo:
Done using the clone tool.

howmusEnhancements? Like photoshopped stuff? OK... bet you can't find it, but it is there!
Ray, is it the "S.L.O.W 587" [can't quite make out the number] on the end of the boxcar at the left? The lettering seems larger than what I've typically seen, and it's perfectly horizontal so it could be typed-in without distortion...
howmusbet you can't find it, but it is there!
If I gambled, you'd have my money Ray. Still none the wiser.
More of the same please.
Cheers, the Bear
You win,Ray...I can't find it. Here's one with just a little bit. The 3881 arrived in the mail with "3877" under the headlight. I haven't got around to changing it yet,so I took a pic of the number on the tender, and 'shopped it onto the smokebox. I also shopped in the red and green signals, because I forgot to turn them on.
More of the same,please.
These fireworks were added to this night scene.
More photochopping please.
Enhancements? Like photoshopped stuff? OK... bet you can't find it, but it is there!
More of the same, Please!
The fog is real, but a smokestack and it's shadow were removed from the backdrop.
More enhancements, please.
I used Photoshop's "spraypaint" feature to create the dust in this photo:

Dropped some real sky onto a photo of a long-gone module.
