Lets hope they don't feel the same about people!

Not very popular vidoes. It seems to me to be kind of childish.

Meanwhile, children in third world countries go to sleep at night without trains. Shameful.

I find this behavior rather disgusting. It is hard for me to even cut up a model when kitbashing.

The person in that video is a WOMAN.

The room is obviously supposed to be a train room.

Seems like the woman is getting even with her man.

Can you spell Divorce.

BTW, malicious destruction of property (in the amounts shown in these videos) could add up to a felony.

Some people just like being destructive.  Sadly, they are usually unhappy people.

I do believe it's a woman but it looks like a teenager by the apparel.  So, probably a bit too young for a divorce...or not.

I have destroyed stuff, but it had to be done in the heat of the moment for it to be of any theraputic value. Methodically planned ahead and recorded would not satisfy any such need.

A lot of girls get married at 18. By the time they are 22, they have 2 or more kids and are divoced, lol

Wants: 1. high-quality, sound equipped, SD40-2s, C636s, C30-7s, and F-units in BN. As for ones that don't cost an arm and a leg, that's out of the question....

2. An end to the limited-production and other crap that makes models harder to get and more expensive.

The video makers are just plain stupid juvenile (regardless of their ages) people if that is the best they can do for entertainment!

I'm just a dude with a bad back having a lot of fun with model trains, and finally building a layout!

I'll be honest with you, I found this person's videos to be disturbing and I think there is something definitely "off" about a person who finds this worthy of being put on YouTube.  The trains looked fine; this is wanton destruction.  I got the same creepy feeling it got from the YouTubes where people are being cruel to animals.  I am reminded that before Jeffrey Dahmer started killing (and eating) young men, he was engaged in cruelty with animals and nobody thought enough about it to intervene.  I am not saying crushing a model train is like torturing an animal (or a person) but the mindset that finds it "funny" to do so is similarly disturbing, very creepy.

I find these videos very distasteful.  It is a shame models in decent condition being destroyed like that.  Many people on low budgets would have loved to buy those.  I have a hard time thinking of cutting up a locomotive for a kit bash.  These videos are effrontery.

I call on my fellow modelers and forum members to thumbs down every single video this person has made, and blast them with comments expressing our anger with what that person is doing.  Maybe with enough thumbs down and negative comments this person will stop.  They may be doing it to be "cool" or popular.

It's been my experience that people with this kind of attitude don't give a flip about what others think and will waste no time in telling them to go take a flying leap at a donut.

Ummm, the protaganist could have been an HO modeler that was gifted with some N scale stuff.............

Would have been much more fun if the stuff was used as target practice with a good pellet rifle.   Stepping on things like that with sneakers could have a "piercing" result.

ENJOY  !

The first four I watched looked like Bachmann HO stuff. The USRA 0-6-0 loco with tender and the 250 ton crane I recognized right off. The rusty steamer I modeled years ago was a SF USRA 0-6-0 with a UP Vandy tender. I have several of the 250 ton crane cars.

I just love it how everyone on this thread has absolutely no idea what this person is stepping on.......a static display Readers Digest High Speed plastic train.....but love to go to the Holier-than-thou position.  David B

That is just one video.  You evidently did not look at the series of videos this same person has posted -- plenty of HO stuff and actual models not giveaway stuff.  Take a look.

No....I only looked at the video linked in this thread. If the OP intended alook-see if the other videos, then I would have looked. Any other videos would be OFF TOPIC.

What about the one I link showing someone wrecking a brand new rapido FP9 and a few cars?

Or perhaps we should give this topic and the pathetic individual whose YouTool videos started the whole thing the attention it and he/she deserve and let it fade to obscurity.  The right to free speech does not include the right to be taken seriously.

When I click on the link at the top of the thread it brings up a page with twelve videos, not just one.
