USRA hoppers in HO are available from Tichy, Mikes Train House, Intermountain and Accurail (at least a few roadnames are shown as available from Walthers, many are sold out).  The big challenge will be to find a paint scheme accurate for the 1920s since these cars had long service lives and went through many paint schemes over the years.

If you prefer kits then I think Tichy makes nice products.

Going to the Walthers website and using USRA hopper as my search term came up with lots of hits.

Bowser offers Pennsy hoppers of all sorts of vintages and again nailing down the right paint and lettering scheme might be the biggest challenge.  The PRR had a huge hopper fleet and thus their cars were likely to be seen just about anywhere particularly east of the Mississippi.

The USRA twin bay steel hopper would be a good fit for your era.  Accurail, Tichy, and Bachmann all offer this car for sale.

The Athearn(and other copies of..) quad hopper is a 1926 ARA design.

If you are modeling the 1920 era, this web site has a wealth of information:

In HO, you may also consider some of the old Westerfield kits.  I'm finishing another N&W class HP hopper now, but have also built several Westerfield kits for New River & Pocahontas Consolidated Coal Co.   They offered some Pennsy kits, too, I believe.   These are not easy kits, are crafted in resin, and they make very accurate models.

Westerfield kits are awesome.   They are worth the effort.   I have over 100 cars including 30 B&O hoppers.

Thanks for all the help. I am primarily a G scaler with a layout in the back yard and an N scaler. I am building an HOn3 in the house now and needed a couple of standard gage hoppers for a interchange.
