Whats the name of the lights you can get for the end of the trains that are prototypical. It looks like they hang around the couplers and have red lights. I cant seem to find any on the sites to buy. But then again im not sure what they are called.

It is called by different names, "EOT" is one of them. I always liked "FRED": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/End_of_Train_Device_(ETD)

Those -sorry can't use the real term this being a family forum and all-started a slow showing around late 82 and was to be used on "selected" trains..
I kiss my job goodbye starting in September of '84..So much for "selected" train use.
