This is my favorite part. Seller comments state:

I WILL NOT SHIP IT.............BUYER WILL HAVE TO COME & DISMANTLE THE LAYOUT  -- ( FIVE  10 HOUR DAYS SHOULD DO IT )

BUYER WOULD HAVE TO COME AND TAKE DOWN THE LAYOUT.....EVERYTHING WILL GO....RV PARKING IN MY YARD FOR BUYER TO COME  AND TAKE IT ALL APART ETC ETC     ALSO MOTEL IS NEXT DOOR.

It goes to show you, people can ask what they want.   Stuff just isn't worth what people think it is these days ... any of us who have tried to sell stuff on ebay or HOI know.

Can I use Monopoly money?  That's the only way I could pay $90,000 for anything.

Actually, it looks huge.  But I'll tell Hugh if I see him.  Meanwhile, if I had over $90K to bid, I think I'd rather see a bit more detail in the inventory.  But I don't, so I think I'll drop out of the bidding now.
