Christmas and the Polar Express:

My grandson Nathan running the Lionel Polar Express under the Christmas tree 4-years ago. He still loves to get very close to the track and watch the train roll by. The joy is still there today.

How about a little boy, enjoying trains?  5 years old and he had that DCC throttle figured out!

Scary thing, he just turned 18! Surprise

Show me some more kids with trains! (give me some hope for the future!)

show ow me a theater.

Beautiful bridge, how long did that take?

Thanks for the complement.  I spent an entire Utah winter building the trestle and associated truss bridge.  It's actually two concentric curved trestles with a 1.5% grade on each.  They are part of a two turn helix that carries the track up to the upper terrace of my layout.  Here are a couple mor pictures:

And now back to our regular programming.  I think we're looking for kids enjoying trains.

Here's where I plan to build my switching layout.  it's 5x3.  Yes I know an odd table size, but I got the table for free, and you can't beat free right?

Show me another Under construction layout.
