Positive feedback is what keeps us coming back!
When my handpainted backdrop developed a crack in one area I tried to ignore it. It didn't go away. It bugged me..
I tried not to notice it when a train went by it. Didn't work.
So I decided to 'improve' the area the only way I could think of that didn't require sanding, taping and trying to match the paint again.
Works for me!

No interchange or diamond?
Ok, show me another 'improvement' you made on your layout.
Here is a diamond where the reverse loop crosses a siding.
Lets have a small structure like a tool/equipment shed or small workshop.
As usual. Too late with the wrong photo.
A small structure- but a house. A small two-room rental house.
My prototype town, Galveston, has a residential pattern in the older parts of town with alleys dividing nearly every block. Larger houses are built on the front of the lot, and tiny houses on the back facing the alley. In 19th century, there were servant quarters, later became rental property. This is the N "Dill's Market" kit built as an alley house, built on pier and beam above ground as some precaution against Galveston's periodic storm flooding. I recently learned that Galveston's street and alley pattern was laid out by Gail Borden before he became the milk millionaire.
Show me something you built "not according to kit directions."
I have not one, but two kits that were built "not according to directions." The old familiar WKW New River Mine and their earlier version Coal Flood Loader. I took parts from each and made a hybrid:
Let's see another kitbash or scratchbuild structure
