cudaken I wonder if that young woman knows how famous she is now?
Maybe she does know; has she been back since that photo was taken?
George In Midcoast Maine, 'bout halfway up the Rockland branch
I have not been to a open house for 8 months or so. While I love visiting the layout (K-10 Model Train's) I don't like running my trains there Layout is just to darn big to chase the train around. It is 80' X 61' and to follow the train you have to craw under the layout a lot!
Meet this young man and his uncle and exchanged phone numbers. I made him in my engineer and meet them there about 4 times. Then his uncle work interfered, last time I saw them was 8 months ago. It was a shame.
Show me a hole.
Ken
I hate Rust
There is a hole in the road to the right of the loco
Show me something from a fallen flag that ended up as part of todays BNSF
Simon Modelling CB&Q and Wabash See my slowly evolving layout on my picturetrail site http://www.picturetrail.com/simontrains and our videos at http://www.youtube.com/user/MrCrispybake?feature=mhum
Here is a BN gondola that I use to keep all the "junk" such as ties and rail I have cut off. I Re-use the ties to fill the gaps between sections of flex track by sanding them and then sliding them under the rails & connectors.
Show me something from Conrail.
Robert H. Shilling II
No Conrail huh? How about some corn rail instead!
Show me something that turned out better than you had hoped for.
Started with some foam, a few kitbashed buildings, and a couple of turnouts... which grew into this...
I'd say I'm pretty pleased with the results!!
Show me something you improvised that went better than you imagined...

Ok, I won't do it again, but why are you singling me out? There are other members doing it too. And have been doing it for some time. It was by chance that I had pictures that were requested on my computer. It's not like I was rushing down to my layout and rushing back to post. I been following this post and I really enjoyed it, But I got to tell you some of your rules seemed to be laid down as this thread goes along. No videos, no posts that are not clubs or not personal layouts. Ok if that's the way you want to do it fine. But to tell me to wait a page now when the the thread is going on it's second month, and other people have been doing for a long time, is simply out of line. Jarrell I want to apologize for my comments that I made on Sunday. It turns out that I was out of line. Showing me the outline of rules clearly shows you had these rule in place at the start. So again I'm truly sorry,. This is a fun thread and it shows how creative a man can be to start something like it Joe C Pittsburgh Pa

Both the coaling tower and the 'shack' at the right are styrene, but they are meant to be wood planking. Neither one is scratched....they are kit or RTR.

Joe, no need to apologize. It's hard for everyone to know the original rules in a long, long thread like this one...
I'm glad you're participating in it!
Now, Michael says Show me another signal, any type of signal.
