I'm with Ken on this one, the no prototype rule has been enforced many times so here is a hopper

Jarrell, Mr B did beat me on posting. I did not think we could use prototype photos. Now, I have been wrong before and I know Mr B models subways. But, I think that is a real subway, if it is a model? Yes

Can't complain either way, I have been posting a lot of pictures this month.

On the photo I posted, the two sets of F units are just sitting in a row nothing more.

Ken, Mr. B beat you on this one, or are you using the F units as helpers?  I'm confused.

He says

Show me a helper engine pushing from behind.

I would say F's units are pretty common.

This subway tunnel, on the Green Line on the MBTA, is beneath the Boston Common:

Sawed a felled Walnut tree into logs, Sawed the logs into boards. Sawed the boards into scale lumber. Designed the bridge from scratch using dimesions from a book. Scratch enough?

Show me some more billboard refers. I love them

Two beers for the price of one,  must be "Happy Hour".

Back to the Pennsy...

Here is a picture of beautifull Hayes metal bumpers.

They are the best IF YOU REMEMBER TO INSULATE THEM FROM THE TRACK.

After installing them directly to the track is was quite some time before I ran trains again.

Needless to say when I did there was a short.

Forum members helped me trace the problem down and then I felt like an idiot

Lets see a beer car

Roadway guard rail is visible but you have to look carefully to see it. It is behind the locomotives, and the road goes downhill from left to right.

Please show us a lashup of first generation diesel locomotives hauling a freight train.

It takes about 24hrs for a thread to clear the first page if it goes unanswered. There just happens to be 24 time zones on the planet, therefore I think the time limit should be 24 Hrs, that way all members regardless of local, get an even crack at it. Many great layouts are located elsewhere on the planet. The thread is just starting to slow down a bit, but I think it is still a long way from going 24Hrs without a response regardless of the time limit.

I think as soon as the thread occupies last spot on the first page it is fair game. Just myMy 2 Cents
