They are modular sections. It takes several and various of the kits to make a building, you design the building then build it from the various kits. I have used the modular kits many times to fabricate a special building that isn't available as a kit.

Will you come back and boo them some more when you find out that the wall kits also don't include the foundation, base, and roof parts?
Could be one of those darned if you do, darned if you don't kits.

Just received some of those Cornerstone Modulars from Walters from modeltrainstuff. Opened a couple up and looked how they go together and seems they need some items called Pilasters, which they do not include in the kits. The nice pictures on the front show the buildings you can make, and the desciption says nothing about needing Pilasters, just mix and match to make your own building. Silly me ,but i guess thats what i expect from Walthers.
