Well, you guys saw this photo last week, but it's my favorite so far.  Hopefully this year I'll take one with a train in it!

Jarrel started with a great, tough-to-beat photo, and it was soon followed by other oustanding pictures.

Well, here is one of my favorites from my layout.

I shot this while visiting Rob Carey's outstanding Tennessee Pass layout in Portland, Oregon last spring.  While the quality of the photo is marginal, the quality of the layout is among the best I've ever seen.  I absolutely loved this scene which blends the Rio Grande main line with a small Rocky Mountain town.  The layout was simply stunning.

A wonderful idea, Jarrell, and of course you put your best foto...er...foot forward.  Big Smile  Very nice.

I also like the two that follow very much...this is going to be a superb thread.

Unfortunately, I really can't choose between two, and so I must post them.  If you like them both, you'll hopefully understand.

Your Favorite Photo Of 2010

Ok, it's that time again.  Let the world see your favorite photo taken in the past year.  It doesn't have to be the best picture you've ever made, just your favorite of 2010.  Mine is of a Southern Railway light mikado passing the section foremans house on Choctaw Ridge, somewhere in the southern Appalachian mountains in or around 1949.
