Gee,..... I saw your post, Ken, and thought I would be treated to one from you!
I am flattered, but that image is technically ineligible. It was taken in May of 2009. Jarrell, whose tweaking should be apparent to most of us by now, thought it was good, too, because it shows so much going on at the same time.

I'd have to go with this shot. Not because it was a great shot but it is of my faded Dash-9 and that was the highlight of 2010 for me. 2011 is going to be a busy year for me and I don't know how much modeling I'm going to get done, but it also could be a great year if all pans out. This picture, while not particularly spectacular, highlights three aspects of the hobby where I made strides last year: Painting & decaling, making trees, and figuring out the new camera.

It's been up before, but again: The NB freight led by #721 is stopped so the engineer can grab a quick bite at the B&B Cafe, while the SB passenger #3 with USRA Pacific #300 slowly glides through town. (A slow order is in effect until the crossing gets more protection.)

Since most of my pictures are of "weathering" I don't have to many layout shots. Plus with the layout being back to step one, I DON'T have any layout shots .
I did find a picture I like thou. I like it do to you can see this everyday. Just a few boxcars ready to get unloaded.

I like this picture because it shows a C&HV GP9 making up its train in Slate Creek yard.
This was a temporary yard switching layout that was in fact the birth place of Slate Creek Industrial.Construction will commence next month on Slate Creek.A 1'X8' ISL.

Didn't take many pics this year. Thispic means a lot to me, it is a model of the family farm I remember as a boy. The buildings are now all gone, but my brother lives on the property. I sent him this pic and he thought it was an old photo of the real thing. It evokes real memories for me.
