Yes, the lobster boat is in HO scale. I made the decals myself.
jguess733 Mister Beasly, I could be wrong, but did you happen to get the name of you boat from the movie Perfect Storm?
Yes, that's where the name came from. First, though, while casting about for names, I thought of naming the boat "Miss Penny," after my wife. She already has a street and subway station on my layout named for her (Penny Lane) so I didn't feel too bad about the name change. I did a bit of research on the Andrea Gail, and discovered, to my amazement, that when she was originally built, her owners named her "Miss Penny."

I finally got scenery on part of the layout top the point where I can start thinking seriously about structure & tree placements.

Looks great, I really like the combination of older cars and newer cars in the shot. Now, if only I could get that good with my stuff.
Hey now...a Pacer and a Gremlin in the opening WPF shots. Very nice! Jamie

I finished up this Frenchman River lobster boat over the last week.
The figures are from Preiser. The traps and lines were all included in the kit. Rocks by Bragdon.
Mine's just a retread of an industrial loading lot so it has some rough area. I think that adds to the character of it though. In this part of the country you seldom see a paved lot that doesn't have some kind area that's been busted up.
