(included a 6 month tour in Cyprus with the UNFICYP peacekeeping forces.  Mentioned in dispatches.)

Area Cadet Officer (Land), Regina, SK - 1982-1986

Personnel Selection Officer, Comox, Winnipeg, National Defence Headquarters Ottawa, Petawawa, then back to NDHQ Ottawa until retirement in 2004.  Included a 6 month tour in Bosnia with NATO Stabilization Force).

A warm salute to my fellow veterans, and my compliments to those whom we served, both here and abroad.

I am an AIr Force veteran -'51 - '55; as a member of the local American Legion I headed up a Veterans Day program at the local high school. Believe it makes an impression on the students, many of whom have a parent or grandparent that was in the service. We had 35 veterans in attendance that were introduced.
