Simple. I call myself Johnnny_reb what would fit me better then the mascot for Mississippi State. I was born and raised in the south anyways.

Mine originally started as a photo I took of the Q354 heading off the New Castle/Willard main north to Cleveland. (a rare shot in daylight as this is usually a night train) & then did some cut, copy, paste in Paint of a donkey my better half got a pic of at a farm about 5 miles away from where the original train photo was taken. (actually, the donkey is a jenny (female) according to the owner, but I don't tell too many people that. Big Smile This is the pic before cropping.

Alot of nifty cropping guys.  My avie is one I managed to lift from the thumbnails on our account at the Picture People.  The guys are much better looking than their Daddy and Mommy doesn't want her pics on sites that she isn't on herself.  My trains are waiting on shelves by the pool table.

If I may suggest, a few of you have pics of a favorite loco on the layout.  When reduced to avie size, the loco blends into the background.  A less busy background might be helpful as the full size images look much better.

Proud to be DD-2itized! 1:1 scale is too unrealistic. Twins are twice as nice!

This ia a picture postcard of The Broadway Limited. It is privately owned. It's home is Nashville, TN. I found it in 1995 parked on a siding and while giving it the once over a gentleman walked up and asked if I'd like to go aboard. He was employed by the owners to look after it and have it in running conditions. It had a full range of cars including passenger, observation, baggage and dinning car.The owners rented it for weddings, parties, excursions, etc. The inside was intact and clean but showed it's age. For me it was a once in a life time experience.

I'm currently using my GP35 in front of the Aiken Locomotive works switch:

I can tell you this will change in a month or two, either when I get my football pictures back or my birthday, I'm not sure which.

My original photo is not very good quality - the tiny size of the image hides that - but here is a later photo I got of the unit once I got its "mate" painted. 2206 is a converted Kato GP35, 6468 is a dummy Athearn bluebox GP40-2.

This is Terrapin Station on my backyard (1:20.3) Seashore, Horry And Georgetown (SHAGRR).  I scratchbuilt the model using scale plans of the Mt. Princeton, Colorado station on the Denver, South Park & Pacific (the plans appeared in the Fall, 1974 issue of Slim Gauge News).  This same station design was used as a record album cover by the Grateful Dead for their "Terrapin Station" album which was released in July of 1977.  I painted mine to match that album cover (the album is still available through places like Amazon).   Yes, the roof is removable and there is somewhat complete interior detail.

OK, it is not train related so please no Auto Trader comments. It is a 69 dodge Charger R/T ( I call it the money pit) with a 30 over 440 and big bore GMC 6-71 Super Charger with Teflon wipers. I did all the auto body and paint my self. Blower is by a local guy, drive gear is BDS and Dyers Superchargers. Cam is by Reed Cams and Dennie's there designer out did him self. Idles like a stocker at 800 RPM's but at 10% over drive it made 687 HP and 5200 PRM's and 789 Foot Pounds at 5000 RPM's? At a mer 2000 RPM's it made 300 HP? Till or if I ever have the money it will sit in storage at a friends collection. I need a 8 point cage, tubbed rear end and transmission to handle the power.

Mine is a picture of the Mankato depot around 1900.  There have been many modifications since this photo.
