Older kits maybe vehicles. Check out #16 B,C,D,E,F,G in the Better Living Center.
There is a company from Texas that has a wide variety of modeling tools. #70 in the Young building.
Quite a few companies that advertise in MR will be there.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

As every year I'm hoping that their weather luck holds-last several years weather has not been a real factor although if you miss snow it can get cold and if it's also windy the wait in line for tickets can be challenging.
It's a great opportunity to talk with reps from major vendors about their products and get some insights as to their product thinking and the process of deciding what to build. Also an opportunity to get some questions that may have been bugging you answered.
Like many in the northeast I consider it a priority event on the model railroading calendar.

If anyone gets bored, search Google for some of the vendors on the below list. You might find something you were looking for. Many have web sites.

5 more days !!! For those of you guys in NS, take the CAT from NS to Portland, Maine, then hop on the Downeaster to Boston South Station, take a cab over to North Station and take the AMTRAK to Springfield......you can enjoy some railfanning as well. I only wish the train would stop in Palmer at the old station, which is now converted to the Steamin Tender Restaurant. That is a real treat!
I wont be attending this year, I have been the past 3 years and it was great but I just have not been doing any modeling for about the past year, I have to get going and get my layout running before I can buy anything else. I would love to go for the whole weekend sometime but right now Im 15 and that wouldnt work out, maybe in a couple years when I can drive there myself haha. If anyone wondering if its worth it to go it definelty is. Its a great show with lots of nice layouts and vendors. The crowds are pretty big so I would recomend going for the weekend if you can because if you can only spend 3 hours or so there you dont get to take it all in. Anyway hope everyone enjoys the show and I guess I will just have to waight tell next year.

Right now the Weather Channel is saying high of 31 with snow showers but in New England that can chage rather quickly.
I will be attending with the model RR group from the Boothbay Railway Village. Our booth is in section 15 of the main building. Stop by and say hello.
This is a big fund raiser for the museum's new layout construction. We have quite a few good quality, completed craftsman kits for sale that were donated, but do our fit our new layout design, FSM, Sheepscot, etc. Also lots of locomotives - Kato, Athern, Spectrum, Rivarossi and others, steam and diesel, all have been test run. Lots of PRR locos and rolling stock including 2 complete passenger car sets, one Spectrum and the other Rivarossi. From the original donation, we continue to sell off German (as well as limited numbers of USA, UK and USSR) WWII military vehicles: tanks, half-tracks, other armor and trucks, almost all Roco. We still have a couple Roco German locomotives and passenger cars. All of the above is HO scale. In addition, we have O scale Lionel equipment including trains, transformers, buildings and details.
It is too much to display at one time, so if there is something from above you do not see, ask and we will look for it. Talk to us about quantity discounts. We would rather sell it than pack it up and haul it back to Maine!!
This is a link to an updated set of photos of our layout design and construction:

Finish the loco i promised to have ready by the show....
dmoore74, where is your table location number? I have been waiting for that book to be released for a year!!! Bob Buck told me that they kept on finding more info to edit in to the book, so it kept on being delayed. Can't wait to buy one......

Okay folks!
For those of you who are attending the Amherst (MA) Railway Society Railroad Hobby Show this weekend, those of us who can't make it are expecting a full presentation and report upon your return. PowerPoint slides, images, and video are expected to be included in the full report!
I looked at the floor plan PDF's, might take me a whole week to walk through all of the vender tables, attend a few clinics etc....
I'm going to have to make plans to attend this baby next year!
