After hearing about all the crime and the wars and all the other bad things I think its extraordinarily cool to sit back and think about just how clever we really are.Just my 2 cent s worth....

Well I'll tell you guys what I heard today, straight from NASA. They discovered what the problem was. It seems that both rovers were turning over rocks and leaves and talking to one another over the closed link, when one of them asked the other " Hey dude, what in the world are we looking for anyhow", The second one thought for a moment and then responded, "Little bitty women". Completely blew the first ones mind.

Pete and Dave, that would be fine if somethng was being said, other than counting. In the case of the Would You Believe topic, a fair amount of thought and creativity has gone into creating that monster.

I have never been against the concept of a long topic, but the purpose has run out of this one a long time ago. This has become the "off topic" topic, and started its long downward spiral the instant the first number was included in a post.

Even though I haven't participated, I like the never ending story, and have read it, though not recently, and think its really funny.

This argument isn't about the length of the post, at least not in my opinion, and I stated that back on page 3. As long as there is some intellectual content, I won't complain. I don't think that is really asking too much, is It?

I don't think that I've lost my sense of humor, Tony's joke on 288 was clever, and may have gone over the heads of some, but I got it.

If simply posting a number is supposed to be funny, I'm not laughing. If you like to hear me rant and rave, and you are just trying to provoke me into another long response, the game is over.

This is not a competition, this is supposed to be a discussion.

Naaaaa!, Bergie's probably wondering why we didn't do this before now, just to let off a little stress. You can't be serious all your life, it just isn't any fun.[:D][:D]

Well, I really wanted 341 but didn't get on the computer yesterday...too bad, so sad for me. Anyway, 355 and counting. Shortlines or class 1's--any preference? (a train reference for those so inclined).

[swg][swg]What does this mean?
is this the same classification scheme like the stars on this topic?
or should I start a new topic:[:p][:p] discontinuance of railroad classification?[:p][:p]

All airmen in USAF Basic Training are required to carry 2 341's at all times--these forms have your name, ID #, and squadron # on them. They can be pulled from you whenever an MTI (Military Training Instructor) requests them. An MTI is the Air Force's equivalent of a "Drill Instructor." A 341 would be pulled from you if you were found to be in non-compliance of Air Force rules, regulations, or code--uniform violation--your boots were not shined to their liking!!! You could also have a 341 pulled if you exceeded their expectations, highly unlikely! It's been so long but I think they are called commendation/discrepancy forms. I hope this sheds some light and I would like to hear more about RR's in the Netherlands.

"Blast out a 341 there Hero!" USAF MTI.
