...or if your like me you know how to cheat. It takes way to long to paint each little square, that takes me about 5 days to complete one locomotive (I've tried, and it's alot of staring at the computer screen). The way I do it, it only takes Ten Minutes. That's how I can wip out those locomotives pretty quick.
Also, get more pics of those HLCX locomotives. I know a guy that loves lease power, and the fact that that is a SD40....or would that be a SD40M-2? Those are rebuild SD45s that don't have there wings clipped yet.

ooooo yes, get more pictures of 6400. That's a SD40M-2.
Sweet, I need to go up there! lol.
Hey Sawyer, I was looking at your plan again. How are you going to interchange cars from one level to the next? From what you said it looks like you are going to do it by hand. My new layout I'm planning is going to have one helix, and will be able to expand.
Hehehe, WIN acquired another SD40-2; a Snoot nose from UP. They painted it in the Lemon lime Twist right away.
Hey are you guys getting annoyed of my locomotives I paint? I have been posting a lot lately.
Woot, go SD45. Can't wait to see the one that is getting painted. Post some pictures when she gets done.

I'm liking the WIN! (Well, to be honest, I wasn't crazy about the purple/pink, it grew on me, but now around the windows? Come on lol!)
I changed it now. The "Silver" around the windows looked kinda of weird to me too. The sliver on my computer doesn't have the purplish tint to it any more. On my old IMW SD40s it does. I think it was because I stopped using my custom "silver".
BTW I made a Plain Jane WIN SD40-2. All of them look close to this. Except fo teh ones I post earlier. There are also two No DB SD40-2s in the Ex UP series that I still need to make.
That's better! I need to find a name for my shorline/regional, which runs south out of Montreal.
Something like:
Or something like that. I don't quite know.
Here's a link if you like to take some names from the map and make something interesting:
http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=45.304837,-73.605652&spn=0.674187,1.098633&z=10
I would really appreciate it!
No problem, I'll check it out. The insperation for the Naming of the Minnesota, Illinois and Western and the Wisconsin Illinois and Northern came from the DME/ICE regional.
Ok, this is the LAST WIN locomotive for a while. It's a No DB SD40-2 from UP.
That should be the last, all the rest look basicaly the same as the one I just posted.
EDIT: How about Montreal, Ottawa and Southern, MOS.
Montreal, Mount Lauirer and Northern, MMLN.
Montreal, Quebec and Atlantic, MQA.
Montreal, Ottawa and Lake Huron, MOLH.
Montreal, Ottawa and Western, MOW.
Those are just a few I can piece from the map. For a better name, pick some major cities or interchange Points. I'm not sure exactly where your RR runs so...
SCORE!!!!!!!
just picked up a brand spanking new (well new when they come out) Walthers SP Jordan spreader, hobby shop had them for years and just recently put them on the shelf. they have a CSX and CNW still in stock
Lucky.....
Post pictures when you can!
Which direction out of Montreal? You could run down south to White River Junction, where you could connect with the White River Southern.... Problem is that you'd have to take over someone else's line. I prefer for freelanced railroads to operate on branch lines or abandoned routes, rather than take over the main line of a real railroad. That's just me though.
Montreal Southern
White River Northern
Montreal and White River
White River and Montreal
Montreal and St. Albans
WOO!! I like Montreal & St. Albans!
Running south out of Montreal. Fictional track that doesn't exist.
Montario Consolidated
So anyone want to make a deal?

WCfan:
A helix would take up to much space and would be to much work for what it would accomplish. The stagin yard for the lower level will be removable and able to set up to the main staging yard topside.

As for the K4, it should be nice!
I've ditched the SEC for the Indiana Southern Rwy.
Hi all, Crewman here..
