Way cool idea. Your wife deserves some kudos for that! I do have one question, do you pay the LHS upfront when they order the things for you (or when they arrive)? If not, it seems you owe your LHS some thanks for ordering things and keeping them for you until Thanksgiving.

Hey Dave (dkelly),

I pay for the items when I pick them up. I guess because of the long term relationship I have with my LHS (not to mention all of the vacations to Las Vegas I paid for by buying so much stuff from him) that I get that little extra service.
