I just got 2 kits, both Cornerstone, one Merchants Row I and Western Ave. Fire Station.
I opened the boxes, which was sealed in plastic and found that there are some missing parts in each kit. What can I do (if anything)? Thanks. Mike

I did the same thing with a backwoods engine shed. No doors and some windows gone.

I have been building and bashing Walthers buildings for many moons and I don't believe I have ever been short a part. I had parts that didn't fit very well, or required some work, but not missing. Haven't build one in the last year, is this a new thing with missing parts?

I found the retired market at a train show which was factory sealed and found discovered one wall section was missing. I called Walthers and within three days had the missing wall section.
Both myself and my wife have been dealing with Walthers for a few years and have not had bad service.
