Per my use on structure LEDs, I hope someone can confirm that the small 1/8w resistors are all that's needed. Note they can be had on EBay for about $2 plus shipping (another $2) for 50-100 in from the U.S. but about $1.50 from China if willing to await the 3 week shipping. Example below, but try to buy from a highly rated seller.

Thanks for responding. They just refer to 10 different signal control companies with a disclaimer about Atlas. I know there are various wattages of 1K Ohm resistors, and at $20/signal head didn't want to guess about doing it right.
Did the BLMA signals not include wiring instructions? Practically every other brand of signal I've purchased over the years always had wiring instructions, at least a listing of the wire colors and their purpose.
They would need to be wired through the Tortoise machine's auxiliary contacts and fed from a separate power supply, usually 12 Volts DC, and the LEDs will require a 1,000 Ohm resistor. You can just skip over using the wire that is connected to the yellow LED.
Greetings!
I've purchased a number of BMLA Searchlight Signals, and simply want to connect them to a switch that controls a tortoise and changes the signal from red to green [even though thye include yellow]. Does anyone have a schematic for this? Exactly what resistor do I use inline for each color leg [Type, Wattage, and Ohms]? Thanks!
Dan
