In the Model Railroder Track Plan database, there is a N scale track plan for the C&O Mountain subdivision by Bernard Kempinski and Roem Kelly. It's dated 2010. Was there an article that went with this track plan?
I found this on the Internet. I don't know which book it refers to.
The layout was designed by Bernard Kempinski and is featured in his recentlayout design book for Kalmbach
