Maybe not CAD, but you could put it on graph paper with the track work drawn to scale. 

When you scribble it out freehand on a blank sheet of paper, it is pretty hard to comment on operational pluses and minuses.

Plus, it is obvious from the responses that at least some of the respondents feel that there is wasted or, at least, unused space.  Without identifying marks as to doors and windows, appliances and utilities, you are not going to get any meaningful comments or advice.
