Who's using Ross O Guage Track

I am thinking about scrapping my Lionel track and switches and going to Ross Track and switches. I would like to hear from any of you who are either happy or dissapointed with the Ross track. What are your likes and dislikes? The trouble with the Lionel for me is the fact that the switches take up so much space and look bulky on my layout.

I suggest you try your post on the Classic Toy Trains forum.  To get there from here, try scrolling up to Trains.com Sites, click on that, and it will take you to Classic Toy Trains (CTT).  From there, go to Community on the menu bar below the CTT banner, find Forums on the drop down menu and click there and you will have it.  Hope you don't find my navigation instructions insulting by being so specific but I am not very good with computers and assume others are as challenged as I am.  The guys who hang out at CTT are much better equipped to handle any High-Rail questions you may have.  Good Luck

If it looks like a train, and usually stays on the tracks, by golly, its probably a train. Remember that model railroading is fun!

I made a short video showing different brands of track.

My opinion is, if you want track with ballast, use Lionel Fastrack.  If you want just nice track, Atlas O all the way (they can connect to Ross sw.).
