Backdrops
Posted by Aikidomaster on Monday, June 21, 2010 4:01 PM
I need some help with my backdrop. I am using the sheetrock walls as the base for the backdrop. At some locations, I am construction mountains almost to the ceiling. However, there are several places where I have either towns and/or industries. I like the photographic backdrops that I have seen in some of the recent Model Railroader magazine articles. I do not have the computer skills to make them out of photos. I am looking at the N&W's Pocohantas Division between Bluefield and Williamson, WV. I want to use fall foliage for the mountains. I do not necessarily need to use the exact locations on the Pokey as I am combining parts of the Southern Railway and N&W on my layout. Suggestions and any help will be appreciated.
