I have been currently active in model railroading for about 30 years. I was Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent of the Land O Sky Model Railroaders in Asheville, NC years ago. I have earned the Association Volunteer certificate for AP of NMRA. I am starting again with the Achievement Program and have 6 merit awards for structures at local and regional NMRA meets.

I support my hobby by working in an Emergency Department. I hold Black Belt ranks in Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan karate and Nihon Goshin Aikido.
