I got the 20th anniversary CTT Truck and 40 foot reefer delivered today. My bride first frowned about "another train" but when I opened the box, she really liked the Truck and was OK about the Reefer. They are very well done. I am looking forward to adding this set to my layout. The two of them are noticeably heavy and well made. The detail is such that they would not look out of place on most layouts. For those who have ordered, I think you will be happy with them. For those who have not ordered, you may want to think about it. I was not happy about the price, but they are limited and it will probably be some time before we see another offering like this.

The truck rolled up here today. I think it probably needs an oil change though with over 4,000 miles on it. I noticed on the box it originated in Carson, Ca. (about 6 miles from here), then went to Wis, and back again.
Since it originated here in Calif., at least I don't have to worry about getting it to pass SMOG tests, since it is mandated to come equiped on the trucks here.

Mine truck came today. It's very nice but I think it's just a bit on the large size & plus I thought the doors were supposed to open. I must have imagined that !!
OOps !! It's the reefer that has opening doors, sorry !!
