Luther,

Do you see any Norfolk Southern trains around your area?  What about Central Of Georgia?Norfolk Southern runs through Stuart FL on FEC tracks (runs east of West Plam Beach and Fort Lauderdale)to Miami FL at least once a day.  Another train that runs on the west side of I-95 is CSX to Miami, also has the Amtrac run and Tri-Rail Commuter Service on that track.

This would make a good mash-up using Google Maps: plotting everyone's self-identified location.

I roundaboutly worked in the candy manufacturing business for a number of years and have been in the peanut butter cup factory shooting video of the production. I want to say that plant has the capability to turn out up to 6,000 two packs of Reese Peanut Butter cups per minute.

Underworld, I try to get to Cabela's everytime I'm in the area.  I also hit Bass Pro near Auburn, MI if I'm over that direction.

Nashville, Tennesse - deep in the mid-south.

Formerly served by the fallen flags Lousiville & Nashville Railroad (L&N), Nashville, Chattanooga, & St. Louis Railroad (NC&StL), & the Tennessee Central Railroad. But CSX is about all you see now.

Best regards, Bob

I have been wanting to go there.  I hear something about Waldo monthly.  I'll get up there and let you know what I think.  That lunch plate doesn't sound very healthy, but it sounds tasty.

I lived in New Baltimore most of my life!  Port Huron is 'just up the road' (about 45-min).

PS  I think you got the spelling right!  Detroit is a riot (waiting to happen) but not as big a riot as Lansing, MI.

You guys have been busy!

We just got back into our house...last night about 10:00pm.  Ice storm knocked out power, my beautiful, 9-month pregnant wife, and 2-year old daughter, said we're staying with friends with power (and water).  We're on a well.

First on the Honey-Do list:  New generator

We are actually SE of Ann Arbor.

Pacific Palisades, between Santa Monica and Malibu, on the coast in sunny Southern California (but unfortunately without attics and basements in this part of the country, so I've taken over a bedroom! :-)
