WOW!!! great layout! The green bridge arches that you used for your platform legs are great. How did you make them? Are they the actual supporting platform legs or just there for a nicer look?

Great finish, Chief Eagles.

Can you please discuss the clearance of the tunnels versus Double-Stack Containers.

Thank You.

I think something is fishy here. Could these be photos of Roy's club layout? Come on what's the true story....

Chief - you can fool some of us sometimes, and some of us all the time, but you can't fool us OTTS boys. NO NS and Steam and a round house. We know better.

Nice layout [;)] but not yours.[8]

AH HECK!!! Busted.[}:)][B)]

Waited for Roy to get back home before we pulled this one on you all.

Great layout and look at all the detail. All the "rock" is hand carved florist foam [guy seen in the background of one of the pictures did the carving]. The New York Central steamer and passenger cars are Roy's. Thanks Roy for the time you spent picking me up, taking me to the layout and then back. Great folks in Dallas [Southerners of course [;)].

Ha ha! [}:)] Chief had you guys going there for a while didn't he? Yes it is the Lone Star Three Railers club layout. We have not had to dismantle it yet.

I had a great visit with the Chief. Picked him up at Cabellas in Ft Worth and drove him over to the big "D", picked up a fellow club member, and had some good ol' Texas BBQ. [C):-)][dinner] After lunch we went over the layout for a while and then I drove him back to Cabellas.

Regards, Roy

Not much to say other than you are a skilled modeler. I especially like the backdrop and bride span under the layout. very nice finishing touches. I am still doing my layout and you are giving me some ideas. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful pictures! That is one very, very nice layout! Perhaps it will inspire The Chief to get started on one of his own.

Chief, You got us. I had my doubts but chicken to speak up. I think I have seen some pictures of this layout before, particularly the two engine houses.

Roy, That is a nice club layout. Is your club moving?

I was concerned there for a while, Chief; hoping you hadn't abandoned the carpet central layout. I'm relieved to see it's someone else's. Perhaps if you donate a little money, they will make you a part owner so you can do the time share thing.[:D]

Chief, As we say, you are WRONG FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually got all kinds of thoughts going through my mind when I saw the heading. I am looking forward to your completion, but perhaps I still have a good chance of finishing mine before you do yours.
Thanks for sharing the inspiration. These photos look great. I hope to get lots of scenery on my pike. It seems that when you are planning the layout, you either have no idea, or so many ideas, you could never put them together in any given space. Anyway, thanks,
Dennis
