Tom, I first thought you made an error in inviting anyone, but then again you are a very smart cookie. I would assume you will get a request from the Chief for directions and I know you are going to give him directions. Where are you going to send him? Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis or maybe even Milwaukee. [:D] Very clever.

HI Greg,

It will be in Mentor, Ohio at Norm Ross's house. This is about 10 minutes from my house.

Are you thinking about coming up for it [?]

If so, email me and I will send you directions, address and map.

Hell-o from the bunkers of S.E. Ohio.

We have armored cars, armored boats, convoys, and misc. bicycles
ready to travel to the OTTS meeting. Dr. John is on a special liason
to bomb the south in southern planes with Maple Syrup. It will get them
boys sticky for the feathers.

Tom.... Are you serving food???

And the sweet ice tea makes you senile, and there is ample proof of that everyday in Roseyville, NC.

Ain't great that we live in the North where Waffle House serves great hash browns and grits are only given on request. Life is good.

Speaking of grits. Had mine this morning at a breakfast at the grandaughter's grammer school along with pancakes and sausage. You know that they're a staple, food that is, down here especially when the school system serves them.

OTTS meeting was at Norm layout this week. We had a total of 8 people show up. So Chief how many show up at your house [?]

In back we have L-R: Norm, Keith (1668torpedo) Greg (GregM), Ed, Charlie, Jack, and John (csxt30), in front L-R is Phil and me.

and look what Norm built. This was done without any nails or screws. It is held together with dowels only.

BTW- I believe these are for sale.

More pics later.

Looks like there were a lot of TOOTS around the layout last night. [:D] Seriously, great crowd and great pictures. What did he paint or spray on that elevated track section that makes it look like concrete? I am really studying that.

Yes, we all had a great time & a real nice layout ! The paint on the bridges is from a spray can that Norm showed me. It is some sort of textured stuff & I think someone in another post said they use it to make streets, too. It looked very good & I forgot the name on the can. I think it says stone or something. Thanks, John
