I agree 100% with you.

Unless the club owns a building for a club layout, the is always the possiblilty of building a layout and then having the landlord throw you out afterwards. You lose control.

Keep it simple.[:)]

Great website!! Nice that you also involve your family in the Hobby. Your sons must enjoy themselves a lot! I also love the moviefiles on the other website listed. It's great to see motion pictures WITH sound and in good resolution about 3rail trains.
