Its an Indoor-Outdoor sort of day.
The re-wiring of the Baltimore, Ohio and Wabash is progressing nicely. This photo shows the semi-famous Wizard of Oz and JT’s Smoke Storage Shelf behind the curtain. The track power wiring is now complete and the accessory/switch wiring is next to be redone.

The new Ohio Central Boxcar. I have the caboose and the steel coil car on order. Does North Carolina have a car? I don’t think so!

Yesterday, it was a beautiful day in Ohio and we did some running in the snow. Try this in San Diego, TurboOne.

Note the small lighted Christmas Trees frozen to the ground

And now from the Buckeye Movie Studios, a Division of the Algoma Fishing Corps, a new video where you can hear the thunder: http://www.gahannawedding.com/Video/2005-02-05086.avi

We ALL know that Chief! We can tell by your DRESS SHOES that Pam makes you wear now (see coffee pot thread - wink). Did you tell 'em it was a 28 lb. northern caught on a Mepps #5 squirrel tail?

Hey! Try oiling that big red knob on your CAB-1 and see if it reels in your line any better...

Nice layout! Is it all O27 track? How large is it? Are the curves O27 radius?

andregg1,

Great pics and great modeling! Keep them coming! I like the way you present the older traditional Lionel in a realistic setting.

I got to spend a little time on business in Santiago several years back. What a wonderful place and great people!

Hello,

pbjwilson, where did you get that red tinplate loco. I'd Like to find one for my little brother. He loves my trains and wants in his words a "metal red cho choo". That is just what I am looking for.

If so, are they easy to find, cuase I can always go with an old Marx train.

Chief,

That's the latest Popeil Pocket Fisherman that includes a cell phone so you can yak and fish at the same time!

That red knob works just as well as the original model so what are you complaining about?[:D]

Nick,
The little red engine is an American Flyer, pre-war. It was originally a wind-up but someone fitted it withan electric motor and drive train. I bought it that way on e-bay, about $50.

Heres the whole train that I bought in bits and pieces
